Details:

Installation of new double track diversionary freight chord comprising 27 x 60′ panels on both lines. Modular S&C double junctions installed at both ends of the chord during Christmas and Easter blockades. First time that modular switch diamonds have been installed on Network Rail infrastructure. All track built and installed by Alma Rail Track Engineers and skilled permanent way operatives.
